Shepherd of the Hill is a nonprofit health care facility located on a gentle hillside at the edge of rural Kendallville, Indiana.  Competence blends with compassion to provide the highest level of professional care to people at many levels of need.  Services are both personal and personalized.  Our qualified staff and volunteers ensure the one-on-one attention necessary for total health and well-being.

The worshipful Chapel of the Good Shepherd symbolizes the love of this Christ-centered community.  We provide total care for the total person.

Shepherd of the Hill is licensed by the State of Indiana and is able to offer you a wide range of care options which will enable you to function at your highest potential.

As an expression of Christ's love we provide older people residential, health care, and program options which accommodate changing needs, maximize human potential, and enhance family and community life.

Residential living offers independence and community without the worries of caring for your own home.

Assisted living provides help with daily activities to help you live life to its fullest.

Nursing care is available if your needs change and ensures peace of mind to both you and your family.

We also provide Alzheimer’s Disease/Dementia Care, Short Term/Respite Care, and we are Medicaid Certified.
